Ingredients

2/3 cup cholesterol-free egg product 1/2 cup horseradish sauce 1 can (14-3/4 oz.) red sockeye salmon, drained 1 cup Post Bran Flakes, crushed 3 green onions, thinly sliced 1 small red pepper, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions

MIX egg product, horseradish sauce, salmon, cereal, onions, peppers and garlic until well blended. HEAT lemon juice and oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. DROP 1/3 cupfuls of salmon mixture, in batches, into the hot oil mixture; flatten into patties with spatula. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until patties are heated through and lightly browned on both sides.
